This Site provides general information about our coaching services and a means of contacting us, either by phone or by submitting your email address and a message. The Site does not process payments, bookings, or scheduling. All actual coaching services are governed separately by a signed Coaching Agreement entered into directly between you and the Company before any coaching engagement begins. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and your signed Coaching Agreement, the Coaching Agreement controls.
3. Not Medical or Mental Health Treatment
Our coaching services are not medical care, psychotherapy, or any other licensed mental health service. We do not diagnose, treat, or claim to cure any medical or mental health condition, and coaching is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact emergency services or a licensed professional immediately.
4. Eligibility
By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and legally able to enter into these Terms.
5. User Submissions
When you submit your email address and a message through the Site, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information and not to submit unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading content.
