Before You Begin

  • This work is for high-functioning people who've already done enough to know that doing more of the same won't close the gap they're feeling — a sense of going through the motions, feeling like an impostor despite external proof of success, or an emotional flatness where even wins don't register as joy. It's for those who over-identify with a job title or role, who struggle to answer "what do you actually want" without defaulting to what's expected, or who compare themselves constantly against others' milestones.

It is not appropriate for anyone currently experiencing severe depression, active addiction, or suicidal ideation. If that's where you are, therapy is the right first step.

  • Three tiers are available: 8, 18, or 36 sessions. The right entry point depends on how deep the work needs to go and how ready you are to move. A discovery call clarifies that before any commitment is made.

  • All sessions are conducted through HIPAA-compliant platforms. Formal agreements are in place with all digital partners. Notes are stored in an encrypted, offline environment. Your privacy is structurally protected, not just promised.

  • Sessions are structured around your intake assessment and evolve as the work progresses. Each session combines inquiry, somatic tools, philosophical frameworks, and concrete practices. You leave with something applicable — not just insight to sit with.

  • You don't have to decide alone. The discovery call is designed specifically to identify where you are, what the work requires, and which tier fits. If you've read this far and something is resonating, that's enough to start the conversation.

  • Therapy addresses symptoms and diagnoses. This work addresses the stories underneath them — the inherited beliefs, conditioning, and meaning-making patterns that therapy often doesn't have the framework or time to reach. This is not clinical treatment. It is structured, integrative work for people who are functional and ready to go deeper.
